Alberto’s journey in wine began where great wine is born — in the vineyard. Since 2019, he has tended his own family vines in Valladolid, gaining a deep respect for the land and the rhythms of the growing season. This hands-on foundation led him to pursue a degree in Enology at the University of Valladolid, where he combined academic study with practical harvest experience at some of Spain’s finest Ribera del Duero wineries.
